The high pressure of the distortion part is the main cause of the spring cracking. Please use the inner diameter guide pin. Or outer diameter support and other devices.
⑸ When the flatness of the mounting surface is poor, the spring will be distorted when the parallelism of the mounting surface is poor, and some high pressure cracks will occur, and the spring will be distorted when the parallelism is poor, and the spring will crack when used for more than 300,000 cycles. Please improve the parallelism of the mounting surface under the condition of no more than 300,000 cycles.
⑹If the inner diameter of the spring and the gap between the guide pin and the guide pin are too small, it will form the collision and wear of the inner diameter. The wear part is the main cause of the spring cracking. On the contrary, if the interval is too large, the spring will be deformed and cracked. -1. 0mm or so. And free-length and longer springs (free-length/outer diameter greater than 4), please use a step or guide pin to avoid collision with the guide pin when the spring body is distorted.

⑻When the length of the guide pin and the depth of the counterbore are short, if the guide pin is too short, it will cause the guide pin head and the spring to wear and crack. The ideal length of the guide pin is set to be more than 1/2 of the spring length, and please reverse the C3 Chamfer.
⑼When the spring is changed or the spring is used, the spring is deformed and the inner ring spring is inserted into the outer ring (or the outer ring is inserted into the inner ring) to form a crack.
⑽The application of the spring in series. When the spring is used in series, the spring will bend and exceed the length of the guide pin or counterbore, resulting in a crack of the same reason, and due to the slight difference in the load of the spring itself, the weaker load will bear greater contraction The measuring surface is cracked.
⑾ Fragments, foreign matter mixed with foreign matter during use, the part that is mixed with foreign matter will form a useful roll part, but the other parts will not be effective, and the essential useful number of rolls will be reduced. The near surface will form high stress and crack. Please do not mix foreign matter in the spring.
