1. How to optimize the drawing process, the number of equipment reels should be under certain conditions, at this time, the total compression rate should be kept unchanged, the partial compression rate should be appropriately reduced, and the drawing times should be appropriately increased, especially if it is reduced after all The compression rate of the ground part can change the internal stress distribution of the steel wire, so that the tensile strength is continuously reduced, the plasticity policy is rising, and the product qualification rate will be greatly improved.
2. During the drawing process, the sliding friction between the spring steel wire and the drawing die may cause uneven deformation of the steel wire in the die hole, and a lot of heat energy will be generated, which will increase the energy consumption. At this time, the use of drawing powder should be monotonous. It has good fluidity and needs frequent mixing during drawing together, which can prevent the drawing powder from coking. In the process of drawing, ensure that the cooling water channels of the mold box and the reel are clear, and the flow rate can be maintained satisfactorily, and the mold box is monotonous and clean. The reel of the drawing machine uses internal narrow-slit water cooling and external forced air cooling. The product reel uses internal spray water cooling and external annular gap forced air cooling. Cooling water with relatively low hardness is used. The water pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa, and the temperature is Do not exceed 30°C.
3. In the process of spring production, it is necessary to strictly control three temperatures and one speed; that is, to control the lead temperature, furnace temperature, wire temperature, and the running speed of the steel wire in the furnace, so as to reduce the oxidation of the steel wire surface and prevent the wire from hanging. Lead, at the same time, can strengthen the lead tank management, can ensure that the lead liquid is covered tightly, and the steel wire can run through the lead pot.
